Registration
Registration starts 2nd October 2023 and will end 16th June 2024 on website https://wcc2024bydgoszcz.pl/

To register you need to:
- set up your own account on WCC2024 website
- send an application for participation
- pay a registration fee
You will get a confirmation email.

Registration fee includes
- full admission to WCC2024
- one in-conference excursion per day
- coffee breaks and lunches
- welcome bag
- access to WCC2024 exhibition

Student registration
To be able to register as a student, you must have a valid document confirming your student status (student card, letter of enrollment in a graduate school, etc.) during the registration. And then take it to WCC2024.

Payment information
All payments must be made in PLN (Polish zloty).
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer (invoice).
When choosing “International bank transfer” in the registration form, you will receive an invoice including bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc).
The invoice will be sent as a PDF attachment to the e-mail indicated as your contact address.
Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard.
The participant/payer is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.
The deadline to register for payment through international bank transfer is 16th June 2024.
The fee must be paid in full prior to the congress.

Cancellation of registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat, e-mail: wcc2024@visitbydgoszcz.pl

Refunds
Cancellations made by 18th June 2024: The total amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made after 18th June 2024 and absence on WCC2024: No refunds or fee reductions will be granted.

Change of delegate
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the congress secretariat as soon as possible but no later than 16th June 2024.
